Lab 3: Building up functional digital circuits

Use primitive digital logic circuits to build up the following circuits:

1. 3-to-8 line decoder 
2. 4-to-1 multiplexer
3. 8-to-1 multiplexer 
4. Gray-to-Binary Convertor
5. Binary-to-Gray Convertor
